Bob Jeffery and his team of professional qualified accountants have over one hundred years of accounting, tax and business experience between them.
Bob has been Qld and National President of CPA Australia and has also served as the Australian representative for 6 years on the boards of the Confederation of Asian and Pacific Accountants (CAPA.)
Peter, our senior audit manager, is a fellow of CPA Australia and has had a long and distinguished career with Dunlop Rubber and later in his own accountancy practice. Now he works exclusively managing our audits and consulting to persons needing advice on entry to Nursing Homes.
Jasmine has a Masters degree in Professional Accounting from Griffith University and is our Taxation Manager. Jasmine’s areas of special expertise include all aspects of superannuation, accounting, taxation law and auditing Self Managed Superannuation Funds in addition to a wide range of industries and their special accounting and tax needs.
Nancy is coming up to a sixteenth anniversary with our firm as an accountant dealing with a wide range of personal income tax issues, transport operators and many businesses large and small in the building and construction field.
Nancy holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Accounting from TAFE Qld and loves rural pursuits including horses and collects classic cars.
Loretta, our Office Manager, has just celebrated 27 years of continuous service in this practice. Loretta controls the front desk, the phones and manages the smooth and prompt flow of work through the office.
Carly is our newest recruit to the firm and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Queensland University of Technology and has over 12 years of practical experience in a range of accounting and taxation work since graduating.
After many years as a professional marketer for some of Queensland's largest companies, Carol Fisher-Hardy came to assist Jeffery CPA and also a number of their key clients with their marketing. Her role involves writing content for client newsletters and social media, assisting with website updates and public relations initiatives. "I love working with the team at Jeffery's. They are warm, approachable and positive and committed to their customers; and nothing like the accountant stereotype. It's a pleasure talking to their customers as they invariably have wonderful experiences, and really appreciate the 'nothing is too much trouble' approach here."
Zarmina has worked with Jeffery & Associates since early 2011. Firstly as a part time accountancy student until she graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Commerce; and since then as an Accountant/ Administrator. Her role combines assisting with client accounts, work flow and admin tasks.
